  6. 1 dizaine de tomates cerise

  8. 1 quinzaine de feuilles de menthe
  9. 2 CS d'huile d'olive
  10. 10 g beurre
  11. Sel, poivre

Instructions to make to make Taboule

  1. Commencer par mouiller la semoule dans un saladier avec un peu d'eau à ras (il ne faut pas la noyer...). Couvrir et laisser poser 10 minutes.
  2. Pendant ce temps, préparer les légumes et la garniture : laver, peler le concombre et le couper en petits dés.Laver les tomates cerises, et les couper en quartiers. Couper les olives en rondelles, la feta en cubes, ainsi que les tranche de jambon de volaille, et enfin ciseler les feuilles de menthe fraîche.
  3. Une fois que la semoule a bien absorbé l'eau, la gratter à la fourchette pour l'égrainer, il est aussi bien de frotter les grains entre les mains, pour éviter tous grumeaux. Mettre la semoule dans un panier vapeur, le haut d'un couscoussier, ou comme moi, le panier varoma du Thermomix®. Cuire à la vapeur et à couvert bien sûr, pendant 20 minutes.
  4. Au bout de 20 minutes, verser la semoule dans un saladier, et à l'aide d'une cuillère égrainer de nouveau les grains, ajouter 10g de beurre, et mélanger pour le faire fondre. Mouiller avec un peu d'eau pour faire gonfler les grains de semoule. Un peu !! Environ 50 ml. Mélanger bien et si possible frotter les grains entre les mains pour bien détacher les entre eux. Remettre à cuire 20 min à la vapeur de nouveau.
  5. Une fois la deuxième cuisson terminée, renouveler l'opération (sans le beurre) pour faire gonfler la semoule et l'égrainer.
  6. Laisser refroidir un peu. Ajouter toute la garniture coupée, et mélanger bien. Verser l'huile d'olive, saler, poivrer et mélanger de nouveau. Goûter et rectifier l'assaisonnement si besoin. Mettre au frais au moins 2 heures avant de servir.
