Versez de la chapelure dans une assiette.Trempez les cubes de blanc de poulet dans l’œuf, puis roulez-le dans la chapelure, répéter encore une fois et les faire cuire dans une poêle chauffée avec de l’huile d’olive. Préparez les croûtons. Couper le pain en petit cubes. Pendant ce temps faire recenir l’ail dans l’huile avec persil, laisser cuire 2-3 minutes, puis ajouter le pain coupé. Laisser cuire 7-8 minutes.
  2. Lavez la salade verte. Et pour la sauce, battez dans une assiette 3 jaune d’œuf, puis ajoutez de l’ail, sel et poivre. Battez encore 2 minutes puis ajoutez 3 culières de jus de citron et l’huile de l’olive. Battez encore 2-3 minutes et ajoutez le fromage - Parmesan, (la quantité de parmesan ça dépend de votre goût, si vous voulez un goût très fort ajoutez plus de parmesan)
  3. Vous pouvez dresser votre assiette. Commencez par mettre de la salade, puis ajoutez le poulet pané, les croûtons et finissez par la sauce, moi je mets toujours un peu plus de parmesan sur la salade! On sait tous que dans le poulet n’est pas pané dans la Salade César, mais la je vous présente ma recette et franchement je la préfère avec du poulet pané et avec la sauce fait maison !Bon appétit ! 🍴
