  8. Verser un peu de crème liquide et répartir une pincée de piment
  9. Rabattre les bords des galettes vers l'intérieur (maintenir avec des piques en bois si besoin)
  10. Mettre les assiettes au four pendant 6/7 minutes
  11. Servir directement à table, attention les assiettes sont chaudes !!!
