  2. 1 gousse d’ail
  3. 50 g parmesan
  4. 20 cl crème liquide
  5. 15 g beurre salé

  2. Dans une poêle, faites chauffer l’huile d’olive et le beurre à feu moyen. Ajoutez la gousse d’ail écrasée. Lorsqu’il est un peu doré ajoutez les rondelles et effeuillez les branches de thym. Bien mélanger. Laissez cuire à couvert 10/15 min en remuant de temps en temps.
  3. Lorsque les poireaux sont bien fondant (le mieux c’est de goûter), salez peu, le parmesan va s’en charger et poivrez. Toujours sur le feu, versez la crème liquide et le 3/4 du parmesan. Mélangez et retirer du feu.
  4. Mettez votre mélange dans un plat à gratin ou des ramequins et saupoudrez le reste de parmesan dessus. Enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 200•C pendant 10 à 15min jusqu’à ce que le gratin soit bien doré. Bonne dégustation !
