  5. Repartir les poireaux mi-cuits sur le fond de tarte verser sur les poireaux le mélange crème, œufs et fromage.Disposer le chèvre
  6. Cuisson à 165°C +/-45min, laisser tiédir avant de démouler et couper. Facultatif une touche douceur un peu de miel sur le chèvre à la sortie du four.
