- Plongez le haddock dans le court bouillon. Couper le feu. Mettez un couvercle. Laissez pocher hors du feu pendant 10 minutes.
- Au bout de ce temps retirez le poisson du bouillon. Laissez refroidir quelques minutes puis effeuillez-le.
- Ajoutez une demi louche de bouillon dans la purée et mélangez. Attention la purée ne doit pas être trop liquide.
- Ajoutez ensuite le poisson effiloché et mélangez le tout délicatement.
- Versez dans un plat à gratin, saupoudrer d'un peu de chapelure.
- Enfournez sous le grill pendant 10 minutes et dégustez !!!
