  4. Déposez la fondue de poireau au fond des cocottes. Déposez ensuite en alternant, les cubes de poisson et les légumes. Préparez un roux blanc en faisant fondre le beurre et en mélangeant avec la farine. Mouillez ensuite avec le bouillon de légumes et mélangez. Laissez épaissir. Versez la sauce dans les cocottes. Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Enfournez pour une vingtaine de minutes. Servez bien chaud.
