- 70 g fromage râpé de votre choix

- Laver et faites cuire dans de l’eau bouillante les verts de poireaux pendant 15 à 20 minutes
- Une fois cuits, passez les verts de poireaux sous l’eau froide et essorez les un peu. Réservez.
- Préparez votre appareil à tarte : mélangez les œufs, le poivre puis ajouter le lait (indication de la quantité dans la recette, à adapter selon vos besoins) et le fromage râpé. Je ne rajoute pas de sel car le fromage est souvent déjà bien salé.
- Placez votre pâte feuilletée dans un plat, piquez-la avec une fourchette et disposez les verts de poireaux essorés au fond
- Versez votre appareil à tarte. Veillez à ce que le fromage se soit bien reparti
- Mettez au four entre 20 et 30 minutes à 180 degrés NB : j’aime bien rabattre les bords de la pâte donc je ne fais pas de pré-cuisson de la pâte. En fin de cuisson je mets le four en position chaleur sole (cuisson bas du four seulement) pour finir de cuire la pate.
