  5. Disposer dessus les poireaux et ajouter le bouillon. Assaisonner à nouveau et ajouter le sucre.
  6. Enfourner à four chaud (200°) pour 30 à 35mn. Le bouillon doit être évaporé.
  7. Servir bien chaud.
