  6. Préparer un saladier d'eau très chaude, tremper une feuille de riz dans l'eau. La disposer sur un torchon propre. Rabattre la base de la galette de riz vers l'intérieur et disposer une belle cuillère de préparation au niveau du rabat créé. Rabattez les côtés de la galette sur la prépa ration puis rouler dans le sens de la longueur.
  7. Renouveller l'opération jusqu'à épuisé des ingrédients.
  8. Pour la cuisson mettez de l'huile de tournesol dans une poêle, la chauffer et faites y frire les nems.
  9. Server le tout avec des sauces, de la salade verte et de la menthe fraîche.
