- Je mets le taboule dans un gros recipient type tupperware (pour pouvoir le fermer/stocker directement - il faudrait un grand recipient car le taboule gonfle) et je mets une bonne dose de l'huile d'olive et je mélange tout.
- Je rajoute le jus de boite de conserve et je coupe grossièrement les tomates de boîte avant de les rajouter.
- Je hache grossièrement et rajoute les tomates fraiches. puis je pèle le concombre, le coupe grossièrement avant de le rajouter.
- Je hache finement et rajoute l'oignon
- Je cisaille finement les feuilles de menthe puis les rajoute. je rajoute une poignée de raisin jaune (pour ceux qui veulent bien sur).
- Enfin j'assaisonne avec le jus du citron, vinaigre balsamique, encore de l'huile d'olive, sel, poivre, cumin moulu et je rajoute un verre d'eau. je mélange le tout et je le laisse reposer quelques heures.
- Après qqs heures, j'y goute et en function du résultat, je rajoute du sel, jus de citron, vinaigre balsamique, poivre, cumin etc.
- Je le laisse reposer encore quelques heures (ou bien la nuit) avant de déguster
