  1. Préchauffer le four à 200°. Couper le potimarron en deux. Retirer les pépins. Sprayer d’huile. Déposer sur une plaque munie d’une feuille de papier cuisson. Enfourner 25/30 mn environ.
  2. Préparer le bouillon avec l’eau et le kub or. Laver et émincer le poireau. Le précuire 4 mn à 800 watts au micro ondes avec un peu d’eau à couvert. Égoutter
  3. Dans une poêle chauffée avec l’huile, verser les poireaux, laisser colorer légèrement (il ne doit plus avoir d’eau) puis ajouter le poulet coupé en petits morceaux. Lorsque le poulet commence à colorer, verser le riz. Mélanger. Laisser cuire 1 mn puis ajouter le bouillon au fur et à mesure que le riz l’absorbe.
  4. Cuire tout doucement, compter 30 mn. 5 mn avant la fin de la cuisson, ajouter les petits pois surgelés. Terminer par le parmesan râpé. Dresser le risotto dans les coques du potimarron. Donner un tour de moulin à poivre. Servir de suite !!!!!!
